Atlas Venue Partners

Ticket distribution for teams and venues

The Tuesday night game deserves a full building too.

We take the seats that usually go unsold, price them inside the floors you set, and sell them across every major marketplace. You get revenue you weren't getting, a fuller house, and a report every month.

Programs

Three ways to work together

Most partners start with consignment on a small block of seats, then move to a structure with more certainty once the numbers are in.

Lowest commitment

Consignment

You allocate a block of seats. We list and sell them, and you're paid on what sells. Unsold seats come back to you before the event on a schedule we agree up front.

Good for a first season or a single run of games.

Shared upside

Revenue share

We agree a base price per seat. Anything we sell above it is split between us, so we both earn more when demand is strong.

Good for mixed schedules with a few marquee dates.

Most certainty

Guaranteed purchase

We buy a defined block at an agreed price before the season. You book the revenue up front and we carry the risk of selling it.

Good for budgeting a season with known soft dates.

How it works

From first call to first report

  1. Walk the schedule together

You show us which dates and sections go unsold. We look at the past seasons' sales and the resale market for your events.

  2. Define the pilot block

A specific set of seats across a specific set of events, for one season or one semester. Small enough to be low risk, large enough to measure.

  3. Set the floors

You set the lowest price we may list at, by section and by game. We never go under it, so your season ticket holders and your box office are never undercut.

  4. We price and distribute

Listings go live across the major resale marketplaces and are repriced daily as the event gets closer. Delivery runs through your ticketing system's normal transfer tools.

  5. You get the numbers

A monthly report by event: seats allocated, seats sold, average price against your floor, and what you earned. At season's end we review it together and decide what comes next.

Your rules

You stay in control of your seats and your brand

A distribution partner should never cost you a season ticket holder. These terms are written into every agreement.

Price floors you set

By section and by game. We don't list below them.

Soft inventory only

We work the seats you choose to release. Your premium dates and student sections stay yours.

Full transparency

You see every sale: date, price, marketplace. Nothing is hidden in a blended number.

Short terms

Pilots run one season or less. If it isn't working, you don't renew.

Reporting

What lands in your inbox each month

One page per month, one row per event. Here is the layout, with made-up numbers.

About

We come from the resale side, and we say so

Atlas Venue Partners was started by the team behind an established professional ticket resale business. We have spent years pricing and selling live event tickets across every major marketplace, for concerts and sports, every day of the week.

That is exactly why we're useful to a venue. We know what a seat in your upper corner is worth on a rainy Tuesday, where the buyers for it are, and how to reach them without touching your own prices. AVP exists to put that to work for teams and venues directly, in the open, under a contract you control.
